The story behind the creation of 95 is as crazy & epic as the song itself. “What really set this song off in my mind is the conversation I had with a friend when he told me I shouldn’t sell my music. He was like I’m not at that level yet. “Well how am I gonna afford to make music?” He then tells me to just work a regular job to keep afloat and that I’m getting too ahead of myself. “Just work a job for a few years and save up. Everybody has to pay their dues and so do you.” That pissed me off so much man… I’m not
paying no dues to be able do what I love. I’m not letting no one stop me.”
